If you’re like many PS5 owners, you may want to disable trophy video recording altogether. Here’s how to do it. ..
The interface on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro automatically captures a screenshot of your trophy and saves it on the console.
However, things are a bit different in the PlayStation 5. The PlayStation 5’s interface automatically records a small video of your trophy (all grades) and saves it on the storage. That fills up the limited storage on the PlayStation 5 over time and occupies space that could be useful for the game saves.
Fortunately, you can stop your PS5 from recording trophy videos and force it to take only screenshots. Here’s how to do that.

From the “Video Clips” section on the right, select the “Save Trophy Videos.” The option shows “All Trophy Grades” by default.
