If you’re like most people, you probably have a few different wallpaper sets installed on your Android device. Some are in the dark mode and some are in the light mode. But which one is best for you? There are a few things to consider when changing wallpaper on Android. The first is how dark or light your device is currently set up. If it’s in the dark mode, then you’ll want to change the wallpaper to something that’s lighter. If it’s in the light mode, then you’ll want to change the wallpaper to something that’s darker. Next, what type of device are you using? Android devices come in two types: phone and tablet. If your device is a phone, then you’ll want to use the dark mode for all of yourwallpapers. If your device is a tablet, then you’ll want to use the light mode for all of yourwallpapers. Finally, what resolution do you want? A resolution of 480p or 720p will work on most devices. But if you’re using a higher resolution (like 1080p), then it might be better to change them all at once so that they all look good at once.

Dark mode works slightly differently depending on the device, but typically it will change the color of the Quick Settings, the Settings app, and other various menus. But, if you use a light-colored wallpaper, it will still be blinding bright. Enter an app called “Dark Light Mode Scheduler.”

The concept behind this app is very simple. You choose a wallpaper for light mode and you choose a wallpaper for dark mode. Whenever the mode switches—whether that’s done manually or on a schedule—the wallpaper will change with it.

First, download the free Dark Light Mode Scheduler app from the Google Play Store on your Android phone. Launch the app and toggle the switch at the top of the screen to enable automatically changing the wallpaper.

Next, select “Schedule” and choose how you want the wallpaper to change. You can have it follow the system setting or create a separate schedule.

Now we can choose the wallpapers for the home screen. Tap each “Light Mode” and “Dark Mode” image to select a photo from your device. You will need to grant the app permission to access your device’s storage.

Once you’ve selected the photos for the home screen, you can do the same thing for the lock screen, too. This is optional.

That’s really all there is to it. The wallpaper will automatically change to match the system setting or the schedule you created. Now you can use bright wallpapers in the day and not have to worry about blinding yourself at night!
